the media tells a vision

t

I remember several years ago when I first heard how “television” means “tell a vision” — and you can pretty much extrapolate that concept to visual media in general.

The media desires to “tell a vision” with its “programs” and so it’s important to stay vigilant and prayerful over what you’re watching and reading.

It only takes 10 seconds (less really) to figure out how manipulative it can be, so be prayerful so you can RESPOND rather than REACT. Don’t come into agreement with a vision told that doesn’t line up with the Kingdom of God; instead speak truth, life, and the desired end (that is aligned with the heart of the Father).

1 Peter 5:8 comes to mind. The reminder to be sober-minded (well balanced); be watchful (always alert) because your adversary (enemy) is prowling around seeking someone he may devour.
