Sounding The Alarm

S

Be careful when you’re “sounding the alarm” in the midst of the world’s affairs that you’re not in reality sounding like a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal.

Express yourself with love.

After all…

It’s patient and kind.
It doesn’t envy or boast.
It isn’t arrogant or rude.
It doesn’t insist on its own way.
It isn’t irritable or resentful.
It doesn’t rejoice at wrongdoing.
It DOES however rejoice with the truth.
It bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, and endures all things.

Reference: 1 Corinthians 13

The same Holy Spirit who is prompting you to “speak up” and “use your voice” will also guide, convict, and purify your words before you say or write them. Will you yield?

In other words, living out of Kingdom identity and citizenship – looking at everything through Heaven’s lens.
